National Merit Scholars are students who have achieved academic excellence by receiving a top PSAT score during Junior year. At the current phase in the process of selection, the College Board has selected semifinalists, but haven’t yet announced finalists. In order to receive the semifinalist title, students have to receive an outstanding score on the PSAT and must meet the standard of academic excellence. This year, we have five semifinalists from Westmont! Congratulations to our semifinalists: Anna Hanuska, Megan Marshall, Joshua Chen, Xavier Nason, and Astrid Popovici!
